I'm a UX designer and researcher currently based in Boston.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Music Technology from NYU in 2013, after which I worked as a Broadcast Engineer at SiriusXM for close to 5 years. I fell into the world of UX by accident while working on our team's new ticketing and documentation platform, ServiceNow.
This encouraged me to take my next step in 2018, when I decided it was time to go back to school and get my master's degree at Cornell Tech in Human Computer Interaction. It was during my time here that I realized my calling was UX design. I was fascinated by the thought and technique that went into the design process, and loved that I was able to put my empathy and creativity to good use as a career path.
